Coastal Image Technologies

Moi Avenue, Mombasa

Crisp minimalism was maintained in this retail outlet for computer and mobility technology with focus on an interactive customer experience.

The retail outlet showcases computer and mobility technology and as such we created a crisp look with focus on the products displayed.

The idea was to create a neutral backdrop to allow the technology to come to the fore, walls and flooring were kept white and furniture was minimalist, pure in line and shape.

Great design is about balance.

To ensure that the shop did not feel clinical, we worked with wood to maintain a welcoming, organic feel that mirrored the outlet’s need for an interactive customer experience.

Healthplus Pharmacy

Makadara, Mombasa

Sleek and clinical was called for in this pharmaceutical chain with emphasis on creating brand awareness.

For this flagship store, Pulsaris Design drew on the healing inspiration of nature for the logo’s colour scheme.

This was set against a neutral base palette on walls, floor and ceiling.

Branded custom built display counters in the shape of medical crosses were designed to further strengthen the pharmacy’s brand.

Taj Gems

Two Rivers Mall, Nairobi

This upmarket gold jewellery shop called on Pulsaris Design to create a sumptuous yet simple space.

This jewellery shop is located in the new Two Rivers Mall in the capital city of Nairobi that is set to be the largest in Sub Saharan Africa outside of South Africa.

The client brief called for a luxurious design that would equal the largesse of its location.

Dark woods with gold accents contrast dramatically with a white, polished floor tile, pale walls and brilliant white drop ceiling.

A frameless window and door solution for the frontage place the shop on display much like one of its products.
